Cookies
The site stores one small item in your browser to remember your cookie choice. Google Analytics cookies are set only if you click “Accept analytics”. If you choose “Only necessary”, no analytics cookies are stored. To change your choice, clear this site’s data in your browser and the cookie banner will appear again.
Who receives your data
- Bókun (TripAdvisor group), our booking system, which stores booking details and processes payments on our behalf.
- Guides, drivers and partners who run your tour, only the details they need (name, pick-up place, number of travellers, phone).
- Google (Google Analytics, and Google Fonts, which loads the fonts of this site).
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us there.
- Our accountants and public authorities, where the law requires it.
Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Where they do, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
If you booked through another platform (for example Viator or GetYourGuide), that platform also processes your data under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
- Booking and invoice records: for the period required by Bulgarian accounting and tax law, currently up to 10 years.
- Messages and enquiries that did not lead to a booking: up to 2 years.
- Analytics data: 14 months, the Google Analytics retention setting.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or send it to another provider. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what we did before. Write to [email protected]; we reply within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or to the data protection authority of your own EU country.
