A 2-hour morning walk through central Sofia with a local guide and a traditional street breakfast: banitsa with ayran and the best morning sweets in town.
Start your day like a local. Your guide meets you at the main entrance of Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and takes you for a traditional Bulgarian breakfast: banitsa, a flaky cheese pastry, with ayran, a salty yoghurt drink, followed by Sofia's favourite morning sweets.
Then you walk past the main sights of the city: Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, the St Sofia Church, Sofia University and the Parliament. The walk continues through Slaveykov Square and along Vitosha Boulevard to the National Palace of Culture.
